Theatrelearning is an established team with a background in learning and development, HR functions and delivering innovative drama based training. Our range of training intervention products are customised for each client, following consultation with them. The training sessions are then individually aligned with the customers’ specific strategic aims, objectives and corporate vision.
What do we do?
We deliver highly focused, bespoke training solutions to groups of between 30 and 50 personnel, providing a very cost-effective training programme. You can choose one of our established products, and have that altered to meet your needs, or we can develop a completely new programme with you.
A bit about theatre learning?
Joe McNulty formed Theatrelearning in 2006 after working in Training and Development since 1990. He is a fellow of the CIPD. He is passionate about
effective learning and with his background in theatre decided to use drama based scenarios to bring training sessions alive. He has seen over the years how much learners engage with the sessions ( including resistant learners ) and how culture can change in workplaces as a result of the training sessions.
Since 2006 Joe and the Theatrelearning team have worked with several clients in the private and public sector, on a range of subject matters including Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety intervention, Customer Service, Managing Change, Unconcious Bias, Stress and leadership skills.
They have recently trained over 20,000 staff in No Innocent Bye Standers training throughout the UK which has had a significant effect on the morale and wellbeing of the work force.
